                                Experiments of the heart

      Today is my sixth birthday; what joyful occasions are birthdays. Normal expectations of a birthday: Cake, Friends, and presents. True to most people; however, on my birthdays nothing is as it should be. This day was both shocking and terrifying; on the other hand, it made me who I am today. Who am I you might ask, and you want me to tell you what it is I am rambling about. Before I tell you my name, I'll inform you the story that comes with the name I was given.  

      Lights were off in the living room, for the candles had been lit. Jewel was hiding with her tail up; nevertheless, I pretend i don't see her. She was wiggling her haunches about to pounce on me, yet she did not suspect me to move before she leaped.

"Whoa!" she rolled and hit the couch laughing," Mark! You knew all along, you're going to pay for that" she giggled.

I roll my eyes and chuckle," You asked for it, your tail was showing...maybe put your tail down" I teased.

Shade had entered the room with a couple presents and a smile on his face," Hey you two, I just cleaned the house..so no rough housing".

Jewel and I smile brightly and take our seats at the table; six candles were placed in the cake that was set on the table. Shade placed the presents next to me; Andesine teleported into the room with a huge present. My eyes sparkled and i couldn't have asked for a better family. I smile looking at all the friendly faces, yet something seemed to give me chills. At that moment, the door was blasted down and I gasp as a human figure entered the house.

“Shade! What's happening...Who are these people..!?" I was scared, my legs shaking.

A brief description of this man: Very tall, goggles, and a white lab coat.

" So Pro.Morph, You wanted to keep it secret from me...?" he laughed and pulled out an unusual devise shaped like a rectangle.    

Shade eyes widen and he turned to me," Mark!, Get out of here, You need to go with my family" he gazed at andensine and jewel sadly.

" Not so fast little experiment of science" he chuckled and pressed a button on his devise. A blue light shot out of the top and hit me. I was paralyzed floating in this mystic light; the light seemed like the move physic.

Andensine gem glowed and her eyes glowed," I must take jewel out of here, Goodbye my love be careful..." she was crying as she held jewel and then gazed at me.      

" mother! no! we have to get daddy and mark!" she was sobbing ," I won’t leave them!" her last words before Andensine teleported them away to safety.  

The light became painful and I yelped," Ahhhhh! Shade help me!" I cried before my vision blurred.

" Mark!" he cried," leave him be, he's just a child!" he was yelling at the man," Don't hurt him!" he growled.

I do not recall if i had fainted; moreover, fainting is probably what had happened after my eyes closed tight.
